Collection in store is free.
We can send items internationally (and usually this is not an issue) however you remain responsible for any importation issues / charges that might be imposed by your country.
We strive to dispatch orders received before 2pm on the same day, but this is not a guarantee! Please note that we use 1st class postage which is usually 1 day after dispatch. There is a link you can click on your order confirmation to track your order.
Our website is linked to our inventory system so that you know if your chosen item is available, however from time to time we might be out of stock due to a system error or other reason in which case we will notify you of an expected dispatch date, and you will then have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you prefer not to wait.
